Curtis Minx who was inducted into the Georgia Auctioneer Hall of Fame in 2004 entered into rest on Monday, September 22, 2014. He Chief Warrant Officer (CW-3) Curtis Minixwas 83 years of age.  Mr .Minx was born on August 20, 1931 in Douglas, Georgia. He attended Fellowship Evangelistic Church. Curtis proudly served his country in the United States Army, retiring after twenty-seven years with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer (CW-3). After retiring from the Army he started traveling as an Auctioneer and was a member of the Hall of Fame of the Auctioneer Association. Curtis had a passion for horses. He was a very devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
